By adding the parent(s) contact details to their child's profile, parents will then receive all communications and alerts and can then act upon their child's behalf.
e.g.
Setting availability for a match or training session
Making a card payment
Each team member can have two sets of contact details to cater for both parents.
To add parent contact details:
Go to the "Team Members" Admin section
Choose the child from the list
Add email addresses and/or phone numbers as appropriate.
