Linking Parents to Children

By adding the parent(s) contact details to their child's profile, parents will then receive all communications and alerts and can then act upon their child's behalf.

e.g.

  • Setting availability for a match or training session

  • Making a card payment

Each team member can have two sets of contact details to cater for both parents.

To add parent contact details:

  1. Go to the "Team Members" Admin section

  2. Choose the child from the list

  3. Add email addresses and/or phone numbers as appropriate.
