Upgrading to a paid plan

How to upgrade

Choose your plan from the list and then whether you want to pay monthly or annually (annual plans offer discounts).

Upgrades are instant - as soon as you make payment you'll have full access to the plan you've chosen.

At the end of your subscription period (month or year), your plan will automatically renew to ensure you always have full access to the features you've paid for.

Payment methods

You can use any debit or credit card - All card payments are handled by Stripe, one of the largest and most secure payment processors in the world.

Bank transfers are available for UK users wanting to upgrade to any annual plan - please contact us to arrange.

Please note: Users of the iOS app will be prompted to pay using their Apple account. To pay by card instead, please log in to the web version of TeamStats at https://www.teamstats.net

Changing to a different paid plan after upgrading

You can choose a different plan and your new pricing will be automatically calculated pro-rata. You'll have instant access to your new plan/features.

Cancelling a subscription

You are free to cancel at any time by contacting us. No further payments will be taken and your plan will remain active til the end of your current paid period (month/year).

Discounts for multiple teams

We're happy to offer substantial discounts for clubs with multiple teams - please contact us to discuss further.

Refunds

We deal with refunds on a case-by-case basis and we're very fair - just get in touch and we'll try our best to help.
