Editing a team member's details

From the list of team members, select the one you wish to edit. You are then able to add/amend any of the details shown. Click

Once added, each team member is automatically assigned their own personal username and randomly generated password.

To notify team members of their login details, simply add their email address and/or mobile number - their personal username and password will be instantly sent to them.

Once logged in, team members can change their own username/password.

Updating a team member's username and/or password on their behalf

If you ever need to change the username and/or password for any team member, these changes will automatically be sent to the team member by email, push alert and/or SMS text message (as long as you have added these contact details).
