TeamStats offers an advanced financial management system which helps you keep track of all your payments made to the team, charges that are made to you and how much you owe..
Reporting periods
All financial data is shown "per season" with the current season being shown as default. Previous season's financial data can be accessed by using the "FILTER" option and changing the season from the list shown.
Financial "Overview"
The "Overview" tabbed section gives you a summary of what you have been chaged for and what you have paid.
These are grouped by "payment category". To view full itemised payment details of each category, you can click on each which will open a new window.
Your overall "balance" (charges minus payments) is shown so you can easily see how much you owe (or maybe are in credit!).
Financial "History"
The "history" tabbed section is where you can access a complete itemised list of every payment and charge for the current season. You can sort the list by date, type, relates to and amount.
Make a Payment Online
If your team has enabled this feature, you can make payments direct to your team using PayPal.
To make a make a payment, click the MAKE A PAYMENT button.
Check that the correct currency is selected then enter the amount you want paid and any optional notes that you want to send to your team management.
Click the PAY WITH PAYPAL button - you will be prompted to login to Paypal with your usual details.
(If you don't have a PayPal account then click the sign up link and complete the requested personal and card details - an account will be created for you for future use).
You can then complete the payment to your team- all payments made will automatically update both the team and team member financial records and reports.
